Since its incorporation in 2003, GDA Securities has established and currently acts as the Responsible Entity for the GDA Diversified Property Trust ('GDA DPT').  The GDA DPT owns a portfolio of commercial properties that are diversified by geographic location, tenant and property type.  The Trust was formed in December 2004 and since inception has provided investors with a high yielding income stream and capital growth on their investment.  Additional information on the Trust can be found in the Products and Property Portfolio sections of this website.
