GDA Securities Ltd ('GDA Securities') is an experienced property fund manager licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ('ASIC'). 

GDA Securities is the responsible entity and manager of the GDA Diversified Property Trust ('GDA DPT').  The GDA DPT is an unlisted Property Trust consisting of a portfolio of commercial properties located throughout Australia.  The GDA DPT is currently closed to investors.  For further information on the Trust please refer to the GDA Diversified Property Trust section of this website.
